Tackling Antisocial Behaviour and Litter

Enough is enough - no one should feel unsafe in their own home, out shopping or in the community, I’ll work with police, NT Government and local services to reduce antisocial behaviour, and vandalism – making our town safe for everyone. A clean and tidy town matters, it creates community pride. I’ll introduce stronger enforcement to tackle litter.

Supporting Local Community Groups

Our community groups are the heart of Katherine. I’ll invest in the people, projects and events that bring us together and strengthen our community. I’ll ensure they are supported to grow and develop.

Stronger Economy

Building a stronger economy is investing in Katherine’s future. I’ll work with businesses, industry and government to grow investment, attract skilled workers while developing our local workforce and promote Katherine as a destination.
